Do you need a Summary of Trust?
The revocable living trusts prepared by Woods Law Group average about 90 pages for a married couple and about 75 pages for an individual. That’s a lot of legal information to digest. To ease the understanding of the trust, we prepare a detailed summary of the trust. As one may assume, the summary is a shortened and simplified version of the trust that includes important details for reference.
The summary is broken down by the same Articles and Sections that are in the actual trust document. For Articles in which specific decisions were made, the summary goes into a good amount of detail. Other Articles that contain a list of powers or definitions are greatly summarized to explain the purpose of the Article.
